VNHSC
is the leading provider of home health care in eastern
Connecticut, with patient service offices in Vernon and Manchester
and one outreach center in Stafford. Working in partnership
with ECHN, VNHSC is a state licensed, Medicare certified, and JCAHO
accredited agency.
The
mission statement of VNHSC is : To be the Home Health and Hospice
Care Organization of choice by providing quality multidisciplinary
community-based services and programs. VNHSC offers comprehensive
Home Health, Hospice, Specialty and Wellness Services. Services
are provided to 32 communities throughout eastern and central Connecticut
to individuals and families regardless of age, sex, religion, race,
physical handicap or national origin. Referrals for services
are received from individual families, physicians and health care
agencies. |
