Inc. of Manchester embraces the concept that all persons

Employment of choice at prevailing wages, promotion of natural supports
and advocacy are central components of the agency's goals and philosophy.
Expansion of skills in order to obtain community based employment
is given strong emphasis.
Currently
the agency provides five basic services: Supported Employment, Residential,
Retirement, Recreation, and Advocacy. MARC,
Inc. is proud of its many accomplishments including
enhancing natural supports and increasing its positive relationships
