The
Housing Education Resource Center operates a Direct Services
Program available to all Manchester residents. The program
provides counseling to tenants and landlords regarding housing questions
and problems, technical assistance to Manchester residents and town
based departments and agencies, as well as distribution of educational
publications addressing various housing issues.
The
Center also provides information about other state and federal agencies
and services such as Housing Court. The principal purpose
of HERC's Direct Services Program is to educate those with housing
related questions and problems about their rights and responsibilities
and to help them find a resolution. |
